MORE details have been released about a suspected arson attack on block of flats in Andover this morning.
Police say they are investigating after fire crews were called to the flats, on Shepherds Row, at 5am on Sunday 6 December.
Fire crews from Andover, Whitchurch and Stockbridge attended the blaze after a caller reported smoke in the communal hallway of the property.
Fire fighters discovered a fire in a flat on the second floor which was contained to the living room, but the entire flat was damaged by smoke.
Crews used four breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire.
The incident is currently being treated as arson by Police who are investigating the incident.
