A 50-year-old Andover woman has been fined more than £100 after admitting to disorderly behaviour and possession of cannabis.
Katherine Melvina Carrington, of Nap Close, was fined a total of £160 by magistrates in Basingstoke when she also admitted to failing to surrender to custody.
Carrington was also ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge, £20 costs and to forfeit the class B drugs.
