ANDOVER man fined £80 for breaching a non-molestation order by sending a letter
An Andover man has been fined £80 for breaching a non-molestation order by sending a letter.
Thomas William Hardy of Goddard Square appeared in North Hampshire Magistrates' Court yesterday for sending the letter on 24 January 2016.
Sending of the letter breached an order made by the Basingstoke Family Court on 5 August 2015.
The 28-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence which was contrary to section 42A (1) and (5) of the Family Law Act 1996
