Road closed in both directions following serious crash
AN ANDOVER road has been closed in both directions following a serious crash.
The incident took place around 6.30am on the Balksbury Hill road between Salisbury Road and Sam Whites Hill in Upper Clatford.
The road is currently closed in both directions and drivers are being advised to avoid the area.
Those wishing to travel in the direction of Upper Clatford should use either Barlows Lane or the A3057 Romsey Road.
