POLICE have released a man on bail following a fatal road traffic collision yesterday evening.
As previously reported, a 57 year-old man from Tidworth was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving as part of this investigation and is helping police with their enquiries.
The lorry driver has been bailed until Wednesday 8 June pending further enquiries.
Officers were called last night to a three-vehicle road traffic collision on Stockbridge Road in Leckford.
Shortly after 5:15pm a lorry was involved in a collision with two motorbikes at the entrance to the golf club.
One of the motorcyclists, a 63 year-old man from Southampton died of his injuries.
The other motorcyclist has been taken to Southampton General Hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
