AN Andover woman, who used a company credit to make a gain of over £7,000 has been ordered to return the money and carry out 300 hours unpaid work.
Patricia Smith, of Tintagel Close, appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court court charged with making a false representation, namely using a company credit without authority, intending to make a gain for herself between 1 July 2015 and 31 January this year.
The 52-year-old pleaded guilty to the charges and must now pay a total of £7,099.57.
