A TEENAGER has been fined for assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty.
Isabel Katy McCarthy, of no fixed abode, was charged with assaulting a constable in Overton on 29 May this year.
The 19-year-old pleaded guilty to the charge when she appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court last week.
She was ordered to pay a total of £280 which included a fine of £165 and costs of £85.
