A 16-year-old heroin dealer and thief from Andover has been hauled back into court after breaching a youth offender order.
The teen, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court last week after failing to attend a Youth Offender Team meeting in February.
The 16-year-old was originally given the order after committing three thefts from shops in Andover and dealing the Class A drugs, heroin and crack cocaine.
The teenager was given a Youth Rehabilitation Order requiring him to attend meetings with a responsible officer.
