IN this week's Andover Advertiser a shocked resident of an Andover retirement home has spoken about the “scary” moment when a mobility scooter shed exploded just metres from the building.
The Westfield Court resident, who asked not to be named, claimed they heard a loud explosion just seconds before the scooter shed burst into flames outside of the Old Winton Road retirement home, last Saturday night
