AN ANDOVER girl is set to become a model after her success as Andover’s carnival princess.

Maddison Ayres has been picked up by different modelling agencies after auditioning for TMA Studios in London this month.

Her mother, Charlotte Wooltorton, is very proud of her daughter’s achievements.

The 30-year-old said: “She’ s always liked that sort of thing, dressing up and talking to people.

“She’s good at talking to anyone, she loves doing things like that.”

After Maddison’s success at becoming Andover’s carnival princess, her mother decided to try and see Maddison would succeed at gaining a modelling contract.

She said: “Thought I’ d give it a go, after winning Andover Carnival Princess it gave her a little more confidence , so I applied for a modelling shoot.

“And it was about a day later that she was forwarded up.”

Maddison’s mother made sure that her daughter wanted to try before going ahead.

After Maddison agreed the pair went up to London for a photo shoot.

Of how she feels about her daughter’s success, Ms Wooltorton said: “Amazing because you never know what she’s going to go on to do and become .

“It was hard for her to do the carnival and go against all those girls.

“And she’s so polite, she’s just clever and good at everything.

“She’s never been told off at school because she’s a good girl.”

One of the possibilities that Maddison has could include becoming an extra in TV reality show’s The Only Way is Essex.

The nine-year-old said: “It’s really, like, fun and great and I like doing it because I like doing stuff like that, it’s really fun.

“It was fun doing all the shoots and that.

“I like dressing up and letting them do my hair, I like that.”

Her next step starts today when she auditions at a modelling shoot for TV ads and catalogues in London
