A MAN offered a 15-year-old girl money to watch him perform a sex act in the town centre in broad daylight last weekend.
The driver of a small white van pulled up in a lay-by at around 5.40pm on Saturday, October 8, as the teenager approached Vigo Road from a footpath.
He offered her money to watch him perform a sexual act but the girl walked away and he drove off.
Hampshire Police have now released an e-fit of the man they would like to speak to in connection with the suspicious incident.
He is described as white, 30-40 years of age with short dark hair and a dark, stubbly beard and moustache.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who thinks they recognise the man in the e-fit image.
