34-year-old man charged with a plethora of indecency offences
A 34-year-old man has been charged with a catalogue of indecency offences.
Andrew Whatmough, from Ludgershall, has been charged with a total of 14 offences, including possession of indecent images, installing equipment for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification and outraging public decency.
He has been released on conditional bail and is due to appear in Salisbury Magistrates' Court next month.
