POLICE have launched an investigation after a dog was scaring sheep in an Andover field.
The sheep worrying incident took place at a small holding in Andover Down around 1.30pm on Saturday.
Officers are keen to speak to the owner of the dog described as a white Staffordshire Bull Terrier breed called "Pheobe".
There was a man and woman walking the dog at the time described as being in their late 20s/ early 30s, both wearing black coats and the female was wearing distinctively bright red wellington boots.
