A HOSPICE will display its multi-million pound expansion plans during an open day this weekend.

The Countess of Brecknock will open its doors to members of the public for six hours on Saturday 8 April.

Andover residents will have a chance to meet members of staff at the hospice, as well as architects, Morse Webb, who have designed the facility's six million pound extension.

Visitors will be able to find out more details about the plans, as well as talk to staff about the need for the expansion.

Staff are also keen to talk to residents about ideas to boost their fundraising appeal.

As a special dispensation there will be no parking charges for visitors attending the open day, which will run between 10am and 4pm.
