Dress thieves conditionally discharged
TWO thieves who stole a dress worth £200 from a Stockbridge boutique have been conditionally discharged by magistrates.
Rachael Herne, 39, and April Lee, 18, both of a Caravan Site in Swift Lane, Bagshot, Surrey, admitted to stealing a dress priced at £199 from Gaynor boutique in July last year.
The pair were conditionally discharged for six months and ordered to pay £99.50 each in compensation when they appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court recently.
Both were also ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and Herne to pay £40 Crown Prosecution costs.
