AN ANDOVER man caught with tear gas spray has been slapped with a community order.
Thomas George Williams, of Swallow Fields, was caught carrying the CS incapacitate spray by police in March.
The 20-year-old, who was also carrying cocaine, pleaded guilty to both offences during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates Court this week.
Williams was handed a community order, which included a 26 day resolve programme and a 30 day rehabilitation order.
He was also ordered to complete 100 days of unpaid work and told to pay a fine and court costs totalling £115.
