18-year-old fined for taking a vehicle without consent
AN 18-year-old Spey Court man has been fined for taking a vehicle without consent.
Carl John Peter Soley admitted to taking the blue Seat Ibiza without consent from London Road in April when he appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court recently.
He also admitted to driving without a licence.
Soley was fined a total of £160 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 Crown Prosecution costs.
He was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 90 days.
