A 19-year-old man has been fined more than £200 after being found driving while unfit through drugs.
Samuel Watkins, of Burnhams Close, Andover, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta while unfit through drugs on Millway Road during an incident in June.
He also admitted to possession of a quantity of cannabis when he appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court recently.
Watkins was fined a total of £240 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 Crown Prosecution costs.
The court also ordered forfeiture and destruction of the drugs and disqualified him from holding a driving licence for 12 months.
