A LUDGERSHALL thief has been given a curfew and ordered to pay costs after breaching a community order for stealing building supplies.

Stefan Jensen, formerly of Rawlings Court and now of Deacon Road, Kimpton, admitted to not fulfilling the unpaid work requirements of an order imposed in February when he appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on 8 November.

The 45-year-old was made the subject of a community order after being convicted of stealing building supplies and cash totalling £1,514.68 from Stockbridge Building Company Ltd between June and October 2015.

Jensen's original community order was revoked and another imposed, which has a curfew requirement, and he has been ordered to pay £60 court costs.
