AN ANDOVER children and family breakdown charity got quizzing for its annual fundraising last week raising a grand total of £1,500.
Groups of 25 teams battled it out in aid Andover Child Contact Centre (ACCC), with top prize going to team “Giroud’s beard.”
Rosebourne Garden Centre hosted the night serving 135 people dinner, and the restaurant manager said the staff “had as much fun as the guests.”
The quiz was also set and delivered by local quiz player Owen Richards.
ACCC chair Eleo Carson said: “Thank you to everyone who came and supported us.
"It’s a tremendous amount of money to us and will be used to help offer children from broken homes a safe environment to meet their non-resident parents.”
