AN ANDOVER author has launched his second novel encapsulating a Cold War spy romance, less than two years of publishing his first book.
Stephen Munnion, who writes under the name Lazlo Ferran, had Screaming Angels published earlier this year.
It follows from his debut works December Radio last year which explores what would have happened if the Nazis discovered the atom bomb first.
In Screaming Angels, Ferran transports readers back to 1946 to tell the story of high stakes involving a Rolls Royce manager, a beautiful Soviet delegate and a deal that would infuriate the USA.
The writer, who now lives in London, grew up in Andover and remembers playing in many bands in the 1980s and “hanging out at the Bumpkin.”
Both his gripping titles were published by W&B Publishers, and can be found in Waterstones and Amazon.
