A DISABILITY charity is offering adventurers the chance to tick an item off of their bucket list.

Enham Trust, based in Hampshire, is offering members of the public the opportunity to take on an Everest Base Camp trek.

The epic 12-day trek, held between 10 and 25 November 2018 to Nepal's Everest Base Camp, offers an awe-inspiring hike through some of the world's most stunning scenery and the opportunity for individuals to push themselves to the

limit while supporting a cause.

Matthew Spackman, income generation lead at Enham Trust, said: “This is something we’ve never done before and something we’re really excited to be offering to people who really want to challenge themselves this year. An experience such as this, famous for its intensity and level of difficulty, would truly be a once in a lifetime opportunity for anyone willing to really push themselves.”

Participants can choose to self-fund the cost of the trip at £2370 which is made up of a £395 registration fee and £1975 for the charity or sponsor the cost through fundraising; raising a total of £3950 for Enham Trust plus £395 registration fee.

Anyone interested in finding out more about this challenge or signing up should go to enhamtrust.org.uk/everest or call 01264 345 800.
