POLICE arrested a BMW driver who refused to stop in Pilgrims Way earlier today.
A 25-year-old man from Southsea was arrested at around 2pm on suspicion of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply.
He remains in custody at this time.
Andover police said on Twitter: "The male refused to stop for Police and then refused to open their car. Funnily enough we didn’t just shrug and walk away."
