HOW to make your business “Brexit-proof” is the theme at a business networking and exhibition event which is back bigger this year.

The Big Network, which has ran for the past five years is back as The BIGger Network this October, with a change of venue to the Museum of Army Flying in Middle Wallop.

Business owners and decision makers are invited to attend the October 9 function where all attendees can meet experts providing information, signposts for funding and other services to ensure your business can grow despite uncertain times.

Andover Women In Business (AWIB) president Andrea Barry said: “Our theme is a very current and important one - growing your business despite Brexit.

“We have a valuable, positive message for British businesses – the emphasis is on what you can do now, in spite of the uncertainty and the lengthy timescales that apply to Brexit. This is the event to attend if you are positive about your business, want to start a new business or build on your existing one.”

Five speakers are also lined up to give presentations on the day, including individuals from Barclays Bank, University of Winchester’s Business School and Test Valley Borough Council (TVBC).

The event has been organised in collaboration with AWIB, TVBC, Andover Mutual Business Group, Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and the Museum of Army Flying.

Ms Barry added: “We are now able to accommodate even more exhibitors in a unique space surrounded by the exciting displays of this fascinating museum.

“With so much interest already generated and the demand for exhibition space received already, we expect a record number of delegates and exhibitors this year.”
