A MAN who assaulted two people as well as damaging a lampshade and a shoe rack has been fined.
Michael Maliszewski, of Millstream Close, Andover, admitted two counts of assault and a charge of criminal damage at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Magistrates heard that on Sunday, July 22, at a property in Flensburg Close the 27-year-old beat two men though no injuries were caused.
The court was also told that he damaged a table, ceiling lampshade and shoe rack, worth £90, during the attack.
Maliszewski was fined £388 and told to pay compensation of £90.
He must also pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
