THE Billy Joel Songbook, performed by Elio Pace and his magnificent six piece band, is at The Haymarket on Saturday, September 15 at 7.30pm.
Five years ago, Elio was invited to ‘fill Billy Joel’s shoes’, starring in five very special reunion concerts in the USA with Joel’s original 1971-72 touring band.
This incredible honour inspired Elio to fulfil a lifetime ambition of creating a show highlighting the wonderful songbook of the six-time Grammy award winner, Billy Joel.
And so The Billy Joel Songbook was born.
This powerhouse of a show features over 30 Joel songs including the hits Uptown Girl, Just The Way You Are and My Life as well as fan favourites such as Scenes From An Italian Restaurant, Goodnight Saigon and Piano Man.
Tickets for The Billy Joel Songbook are priced £27.50; over 65s, and under 16s and full time students at £25.50 which includes a £3 booking fee.
