FORMER Andover Town Football Club manager Eric Underhill, aged 79, from Abbotts Ann, said he'd like to ban chewing gum and spitting on the pavements.
The pensioner, who is originally from South Africa, said: "The problem is they clean it up, and within a day it's all back again."
