TIDWORTH based photographer Mark Fell is just one of 20 people in Wiltshire to earn the right to have the letters LBPPA after his name - at the tender age of 19.

The letters reveal that Mark, of Gason Hill Road, has been awarded a licentiatship to the British Professional Photographers Associates (BPPA) after submitting a panel of pictures to the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers and the BPPA.

"Some people may be put off by my age, but my business is fresh, young and modern," he said.

"I have three years of wedding experience under my belt and I am already taking bookings for weddings in 2009 and 2010, which is great."

He isn't resting on his tripod, however, as he plans to build on his success and gain more prestigious qualifications.
