New flasher appeal

ANDOVER police have renewed appeals for help in tracking down a flasher after ten incidents of indecent exposure in the town’s multi-storey car park since July last year.

Investigating officers say that the man hides in the doorway of the fire exit while exposing himself and committing indecent acts.

There are variations in his description each time but also similarities.

Police are working closely with the Chantry Centre management in trying to catch the man, and anyone who has information about the incidents is asked to contact them on 0845 045 4545.
