A POPULAR Greek foodstuff that has proved popular with soldiers in Tidworth is coming to the streets of Andover.

Tidworth has been enjoying the delights of gyros for a while now after Dominic Murphy brought the delicacy via his mobile takeaway van.

Apparently many soldiers enjoy it as they acquired a taste for it while stationed in Germany, so now Dominic says it will now be available at Andover market on Thursday and Saturday.

The basic ingredient is a tasty pork cut.
