A NEW Andover branch of Hampshire Indian Society is calling for all local Indians to come along to its meetings.
The organisation gets involved in fundraising for charity and it regularly collects food for Andover Food Bank and recently performed some classical dance and song at the highly successful Round the World Tea Party held at The Bridge in Bridge Street.
Spokesman James Saviour said: “At this moment we have around 18 members. Actually we don’t know exactly how many Indians are living within and around Andover.”
He is hoping that the more people hear about the society in Andover the more people will join. For more information contact Mr Saviour on 01264 324891 or 07828207335.
