Saturday 10 September sees the return of Andover's only one-day music festival and fifth anniversary of the passing of a local legend at The Lights Theatre.

In 2006 a local music lover Christopher ' Crispy' Vearncombe was killed whilst travelling in South Africa and as a tribute to him his friends, most of which were in bands from the local music scene, put together what is now known as CRISPYSTOCK.

Now in its fifth year the ever-increasingly popular event presents some of the best acts from the local scene and beyond over two stages covering many different musical styles and genres all in the aim of raising money for a lesser known but equally as important charity, HEADWAY, who care for individuals who have suffered severe head trauma.

With some 20 artists divided between The Main Stage & The Acoustic Stage the acts include headliners 'Aphrodite & The Alphabet' & 'WINTERHOURS' as well as Salisburys 'Dirty Rouge' , Southampton's 'In Perfect Silence' , Bristol's 'R.D.B' & Winchester's 'Scarlet Soho' alongside local favourite's 'Yearbook', 'In On The Chase' , 'Dave Rubery' , 'The Sofa Kings' & the infamous 'Sir William Moonhead'.

Doors are open to the public at 1pm and admission is £5 and all proceeds go to Headway. All donations welcome directly or alternatively by visiting www.crispystock.com.
