KEIRA is a very intelligent and friendly two-year-old husky, and Emeeshka (right) is her cheerful and outgoing three-year-old friend.
"Everyone notices their outward beauty, but they've got great personalities as well," said Alison Rodger the manager of the Dogs Trust rehoming centre at Newton Tony.
"They seek a home where they can be together, and their new owner must have experience of working breeds. Keira and Emeeshka get on with other dogs when they are out and about, and are well-behaved with older children.
"They are Huskies, so of course they pull somewhat and will need an active owner."
They came into care through no fault of their own, and are now seeking a new and loving home. If you would like to meet Keira and Emeeshka - or any of the other stray and abandoned dogs - contact the centre on 01980 629634.
The centre is open every day except Wednesdays from noon until 4pm.
