A MAN has been fined more than £200 and given three points on his licence for driving on the A303, near Andover using a mobile phone.

William Russell Gadbury was proved guilty by single justice procedure to driving on the A303, near Andover while using a handheld mobile phone/device on Monday, July 25 at Aldershot Magistrates' Court recently.

The 24-year-old, of Bishopdown, Salisbury fined £220 and given three points on his licence.
