A LAND Rover driver exposed himself to a dog walker between Tidworth and Ludgershall on Tuesday evening.

The incident occurred shortly before 7pm when a local woman in her fifties parked her car near to the tank crossing GG from Tidworth to Ludgershall.

After walking her dogs for approximately 45 minutes, she returned to her car and noticed that a green 4x4 Land Rover was parked directly next to her vehicle.

When she had put the dogs back into the car she walked towards her driver's side door and saw that the man was indecently exposing and touching himself.

The victim was extremely distressed and got into her car and drove away to report what had happened.

The Land Rover is reported to have driven off at speed from the location.

Enquiries are ongoing to locate the driver and patrols are being stepped up in the area.

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Ian Cooke at Amesbury Police Station on 101.
