A ROMAN Way woman has been fined £150 for using a TV without a licence.
Charmaine Polley, of Turin Court, pleaded guilty to using a colour television without a licence between April and May last year when she appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court this week.
The 41-year-old was ordered to pay a total of £150, including a £40 fine, a victim services surcharge of £30 and costs of £80.
