Thief smashes car window to steal handbag containing "personal items"
POLICE have launched a probe after a thief smashed a car window in order to steal a handbag.
Officers say the incident took place between 12noon and 2.30pm on Sunday 11 June, while the car was parked in a field off Fullerton Road, near Fullerton.
The thief smashed a window and stole a handbag, which police say contained "personal items".
