A TEXEL Green man has been ordered to wear an electronic tag after stealing alcohol, meat and a tree lopper.
Karl Barry Eden was given the 12 week curfew during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court last week, after pleading guilty to two counts of theft and one of burglary.
The first count took place on May 24, when Eden burgled alcohol from McColls in Andover.
On the same day, the 36-year-old stole a tree lopper.
Eden also pleaded guilty to stealing £25 of meat from Sainsburys, on June 12.
As well as ordering him to wear an electronic tag for 12 weeks, the court also demanded Eden pay back the money in compensation.
He will also have to complete a 20 day rehabilitation order.
