POLICE have launched an investigation after a man indecently exposed himself to a woman in Andover.
A 24-year-old woman was walking along Suffolk Road when she was approached by a man she did not know on Saturday, July 1 at around 3.30am.
Following a short conversation, he exposed himself to the woman before leaving the area on foot towards Leicester Place when she began to call the police.
He has been described as white, in his late 20s, 5ft 9ins or 5ft 10ins tall and of medium build.
He was wearing black hooded top and white T-shirt and spoke with a foreign accent.
Officers have released CCTV footage of a man they would like to identify following the incident, and would like to speak to him as he may have information to assist their enquiries.
