Lawn Street man fined for abusive behaviour and offensive messages
A LAWN Street man has been fined for engaging in abusive behaviour and sending offensive messages.
Michael Brian Cutting admitted to using threatening and abusive behaviour towards a man and woman in Andover in July and sending grossly offensive messages when he appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates Court recently.
The 26-year-old was fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.
He was also ordered to pay £40 costs.
