A DENE Court man has been made the subject of a restraining order after admitting to making a malicious phone call.
Joshua Daniel Mark Black pleaded guilty to making a threatening phone call to a man in Andover in May when he appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court recently.
The 19-year-old was made the subject of a restraining order preventing him from contacting the victim for a period of 18 months.
Black was also fined £160 and ordered to pay a £30 victim services contribution and £160 Crown Prosecution costs.
