FOUR people have appeared in court today after a man was found with facial injuries outside a High Street pub.
Stewart Geoffrey Stanley Bridgman, 33, Samuel Lucas Day, 26, Kyle James Heald, 23, and Thomas Lee Timmins, 28, all entered not guilty pleas at Winchester Crown Court to charges relating to the incident involving The Globe.
As previously reported by the Advertiser, a 37-year-old man was found with facial injuries in the alleyway adjacent to the pub at around 9.30pm on Monday, 9 January this year.
Bridgman, of Levens Way, Chesterfield, and Timmins, of Turnpike Crescent, Andover, pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit GBH.
Day, of Castle Mews, Ludgershall, entered not guilty pleas to charges of arson and theft of a motor vehicle and Heald, formerly of Wood Park, Ludgershall and now of Tintagel Close, King Arthurs Way, pleaded not guilty to charges of arson, conspiracy to commit GBH and theft of a motor vehicle.
They will stand trial at Winchester Crown Court in June 2018.
Stephanie Julia Bridgman, 34, also of Levens Way, Chesterfield, did not appear in court today and will be making an application to dismiss her charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice which will be heard in December.
