Appeal launched into historic sex offence of child victim
Police are appealing for information on a non-recent sexual offence which is believed to have happened to a child near Andover in 1982.
Officers believe the then 11-year-old victim, who lived in Andover, may have confided in a friend who lived in King Arthurs Way at the time, about the incident which took place in Penton Grafton.
Police are keen to speak to the friend, or anyone who may know something about this crime.
