A PUPIL at Norman Gate School, Andover, won first prize when he entered the Show Racism the Red Card schools competition.
All the children in the school’s Blue, Purple and Green class designed anti-racism posters.
After a lengthy debate to choose a winner, due to the high standard submitted, Lewis Steadman was chosen as the school’s entry.
Lewis then went on to win first prize in the Special Educational Needs category.
Lewis visited Manchester City’s Etihad stadium with his parents to collect his prizes.
The ceremony was hosted by Emmerdale actress Charlie Hardwicke and Sky Sports pundit Matt Murray.
The prizes were presented by Manchester City women players Isobel Christiansen and Emma Lipman. Lewis also met player Efe Sodje, of Macclesfield Town.
