APPLESHAWSt Peter’s and Hatherden Primary schools joined forces at Thruxton Race Circuit for a sponsored walk/cycle around Thruxton Race Circuit to raise money for their schools and Sebastian’s Action Trust.

Morfe than £2,000 was raised when nearly 200 participants, including children, parents, grandparents and other family members, embarked on the sponsored 2.4-mile lap.

Walkers, scooters, cyclists, even toddlers in pushchairs set off around the race track many wearing Christmas tinsel and reindeer T-shirts to highlight the ‘Christmas in July’ campaign for Sebastian’s Action Trust.

The trust offers respite holidays to very sick children and their families.
