SCHOOLS across the borough are either closed for the day or will be opening later to allow pupils to more time to safely arrive.
A total 16 schools are listed on Hampshire County Council's website for emergency closures.
A Met Office yellow warning for snow and ice is in place until 10am today.
The list for Test Valley includes:
- Andover C of E Primary School, to open from 10.30am.
- Andover Education Centre, closed.
- Balksbury Infant School, open from 11am.
- Balksbury Junior School, open from 11am.
- Broughton Primary School, open from 10.30am.
- Endeavour Primary School, open from 10-10.30am.
- Hatherden Church Of England Primary School, closed.
- Hurstbourne Tarrant C E Primary School, closed.
- Knights Enham Infant School, open from 10am.
- Knights Enham Junior School, open from 10am.
- Portway Junior School, open, pupils advised to arrive up to 10am.
- Test Valley School, closed.
- Vernham Dean Gillum's C E Primary School, closed.
- Wallop Primary School, open from 10.45am.
- St Mary Bourne Primary School, open from 10.30am.
Andover College has also announced it has cancelled classes for today.
Due to the changed weather conditions and reports from bus companies that many routes will not be running, we have cancelled classes tomorrow, Monday 19 March. Functional Skills exams will be re-scheduled.
