Schools announce reduced opening hours tomorrow because of snow

SEVERAL schools in the borough have announced today that they will open for reduced hours tomorrow, because of the snow.
Manor Field Infant School in Haydn Road, Brighton Hill, will open between 10am and 2.30pm to allow parents, children and staff to travel during daylight, and to enable the paths to be cleared.
Merton Junior School in Romsey Close, Popley, will open at the later time of 10am, along with South View Infant and Junior Schools in Shooters Way, South View, so that the school sites can be gritted beforehand.
While The Vyne Community School in Vyne Road, South View, will open at 11am, so staff can clear the site and make it safe.
