Public meeting about flood risk in Hart

FLOOD risk in Hart will be the focus of a public meeting next week.

The meeting, organised by Hart District Council, will take place at the Civic Offices in Fleet on Tuesday, March 5, from 7pm to 9pm.

The main speaker will be Susannah Ellett, from the Environment Agency, and a panel will include Hartley Wintney environmental campaigner Ruth Jarman and Paul Howe, Hart and Rushmoor biodiversity officer.

Just need to stop building so many houses and especially avoid the flood plains. Either that or just blame it on global warming, that usually does the trick and shuts people up.
