Teenager admits exposing himself
A 14-year-old Basingstoke youth has admitted exposing his genitals with the intention of causing someone alarm or distress.
The youth, who cannot be named, committed the offence while subject to a referral order for breaking a window and vandalising office equipment.

At North Hampshire Youth Court, he was made subject to a youth rehabilitation order with curfew and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.
