LANES on the M3 motorway between Hook and Basingstoke will close next week for resurfacing work.
Engineers from the Highways Agency will carry out the work between 10pm and 6am for five nights from Monday, September 2.
The work will affect the southbound carriageway between Junction 5 at Hook and Junction 6 at Basingstoke, with a 50mph speed limit and traffic running on the hard shoulder.
Drainage work will also be carried out on two major trunk roads in north Hampshire.
Lane closures will be in place overnight for six weeks from Monday, September 2 on both carriageways of the A303 between Bullington Cross and Longparish.
Work will continue on the A34 between Whitchurch and Burghclere, between 8pm and 5am until Friday, September 13.
